30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused & Unopened: Products must be in their original, unused condition
• Original Packaging: Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt
• Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened beauty or skincare products
• Earrings and other pierced jewelry
• Intimate apparel and swimwear
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
• Store Credit: Available immediately for exchanges

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
• Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Exchanges: We provide a prepaid return label for exchanges

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want. We'll expedite shipping on exchange orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement
• In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring a return

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
